Welcome to Earn Daily Tasks. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at earndailytasks.com (the “Site”) and all related services, including task completion, coin rewards, and cash payouts (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Earn Daily Tasks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Site or Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, completing tasks, requesting payouts, or otherwise using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Earn Daily Tasks.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in get-paid-to platforms is prohibited by law
- All information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Description of Services
Earn Daily Tasks is a get-paid-to (GPT) platform that allows registered users to earn virtual coins by completing tasks and offers provided by third-party offerwall partners. Earned coins can be redeemed for cash payouts or other rewards subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.
We act as an intermediary between users and offerwall providers. We do not guarantee the availability, content, or continuity of any specific task or offer, as these are provided and managed by third-party partners.
4. Account Registration and Security
Registration: You must create an account to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
One account per user: Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate coins, exploit bonuses, or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account sharing: You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account.
5. Coin System and Rewards
Earning coins: Coins are credited to your account upon confirmed completion of eligible tasks and offers as verified by our offerwall partners. Coin amounts are displayed at the time of each offer and are subject to change without notice.
Coin value: Coins have no cash value except as redeemable through our payout system under the conditions set out in these Terms. Coins are not a currency, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be sold or exchanged outside our platform.
Coin expiry: Coins in your account will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months. Inactivity means no logins, task completions, or payout requests during that period. We will notify you by email before coins are expired.
Referral rewards: Coins earned through our referral programme are subject to the same conditions as task-earned coins. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
Bonus and promotional coins: Coins awarded through promotional events, welcome bonuses, or limited-time offers are subject to any additional conditions stated at the time of the promotion and may have shorter expiry periods.
No guarantee of earnings: We do not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, availability of offers, or continuity of coin rates. Offer availability varies by region, device, and user profile.
6. Offerwall Tasks and Third-Party Providers
Third-party offers: Tasks and offers available on our platform are provided by third-party offerwall partners. These providers operate independently and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Coin crediting: Coins are credited based on confirmation received from our offerwall partners via automated postback systems. If a task is not credited to your account, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate; however, we rely on our partners’ tracking data and cannot guarantee crediting where our partner does not confirm completion.
Offer disputes: If you believe coins were not credited for a completed offer, you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of completing the offer. We will submit your dispute to the relevant offerwall provider on your behalf. We are not liable for tracking errors, technical failures, or disputes that originate with third-party providers.
Third-party terms: By completing offers, you may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant offerwall provider. We encourage you to review these before participating.
No endorsement: The presence of an offer on our platform does not constitute an endorsement of the third-party provider or their products and services.
7. Payout System
Payout methods: We currently support payouts via PayPal and Amazon Gift Cards. Available payout methods may change at any time.
Minimum payout threshold: A minimum coin balance of 6.00USD is required to request a payout. This threshold is subject to change with notice posted on the Site.
Payout cooldown: A cooldown period of 72h applies between payout requests. This is to prevent abuse and ensure payment processing integrity.
Processing time: Payout requests are subject to manual review and approval. We aim to process approved requests within 7 business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
PayPal payouts: You are responsible for providing a valid and active PayPal email address. We are not liable for failed or delayed payments resulting from an incorrect PayPal address, a restricted PayPal account, or PayPal’s own policies and limitations.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to earnings received through our platform in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice.
Payout refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or reverse a payout request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, Terms violations, or abuse of the coin system.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, referral rewards, or coin promotions
- Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial means to complete offers or earn coins
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity
- Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or during offer completion
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain coins unfairly
- Selling, transferring, or attempting to monetize your account or coin balance outside our platform
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
- Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Site or its infrastructure
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our backend systems
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all coin balances and pending payouts, and potential legal action where applicable.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon deletion, your coin balance and any pending payout requests will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Suspected fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse of the coin or payout system
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against us
- Prolonged inactivity
- Any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users
Upon termination for cause, all coin balances, pending payout requests, and referral rewards are forfeited immediately and will not be paid out. We are not obligated to provide reasons for account termination where fraud or abuse is suspected.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Earn Daily Tasks Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of Earn Daily Tasks and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services provided “as is”: Earn Daily Tasks provides all Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.
No guarantee of earnings: We make no representations or guarantees regarding the amount of coins you may earn, the availability of offers, or the continuity of payout rates or methods.
Third-party actions: We are not liable for the actions, omissions, tracking errors, or data practices of third-party offerwall providers, payment processors, or any other external services used in connection with our platform.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Earn Daily Tasks and its owners, operators, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to lost earnings, failed payouts due to third-party error, or loss of coin balances due to account termination.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total value of payouts successfully received by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is less.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Earn Daily Tasks from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including coin rates, payout methods, minimum thresholds, and available offers, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify you via email where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services and delete your account.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good faith effort to reach an amicable resolution within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Jurisdiction: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Panama.
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes with Earn Daily Tasks on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Earn Daily Tasks.
14. General Provisions
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Earn Daily Tasks regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Language: These Terms are provided in English and Spanish. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
